Again, on September 1, EXCELLA welcomed six young talents.
They start their professional life with the apprenticeships as chemical laboratory technician, chemical technician, and pharmaceutical technician as well as with a dual study in the field of business informatics. During the welcoming speech, Managing Director Dr. Uwe Korn and Training Manager Renate Schrodt emphasized the importance of training for the future development of the company, which is continuing to grow with the current construction of a new production building.
The training at EXCELLA starts with an introductory internship of several weeks. Here, the trainees get to know the company from the ground up, practice their first chemical and pharmaceutical work in the in-house teaching laboratory, and network with colleagues and instructors at the come together party, which this year was held in the climbing hall.
EXCELLA is known for its high quality of training and wants to continue to support its trainees in the best possible way with a lot of commitment in order to be able to employ them as skilled workers after their training. Applications for the new training year 2024 are already possible now.
The entire staff wishes the new recruits a good start and a successful training period.
